Travel Center / Comprehensive Report
Riding the wave of the burger craze, The Peninsula’s Park Lane Restaurant has introduced freshly grilled handcrafted burgers in its teppanyaki section starting from September 1. Available in two flavors — wagyu beef burger and natural pork burger — guests can customize their own unique burgers by pairing them with four chef-special sauces and a variety of fresh vegetables. The self-service afternoon tea is priced at NT$550 per person on weekdays and NT$600 per person on weekends.
Burgers have become extremely popular over the past six months. Though these stacked, juicy creations are high in calories, fans just can’t resist their delicious appeal. During the afternoon tea hours in the teppanyaki section of the Park Lane Restaurant, The Peninsula is specially offering mini wagyu and natural pork burgers grilled to order, using steak-grade quality beef. The wagyu beef burger is made by blending carefully selected shoulder, belly, and leg meat, and hand-formed into patties daily. The pork burger uses pork collar meat. Guests can choose from sauces such as peanut butter, salsa, and mayonnaise.
