Xiangyun Temple is located in Dadalian Village, Huazi Town, Dengta City, covering an area of 3,000 square meters with a construction area of 1,310 square meters. It was first built in the 61st year of the Kangxi reign during the Qing Dynasty (1722), and underwent two major renovations in the 17th year of the Jiaqing reign (1812) and the 30th year of the Daoguang reign (1850). During the Cultural Revolution in 1966, Xiangyun Temple was destroyed. It was restored in 1997, with the construction of a bell tower, drum tower, Heavenly King Hall, main hall, and chanting hall. A white marble statue of Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy, was also carved and erected within the white marble railing on the eastern side of the main hall. Ancient pine trees stand upright at the back of the temple courtyard, which is enclosed by brick walls.
