Reading Platform

　　Introduction       Located about one li northwest of the Wuhou Shrine in Mian County, this is the platform where Zhuge Liang used to read in his spare time from military duties. In front of the platform stands a stone tablet inscribed with “Zhuge Liang’s Reading Platform”; beside it is another tablet engraved with the poem “Visiting Zhuge Liang’s Wuhou Reading Platform” by the patriotic Southern Song Dynasty poet Lu You.
