Although Edith Falls may not have the height or grandeur of other waterfalls, its tranquil surroundings and the pools formed by the falls are highly favored. The water in the rock pools is extremely clear, making swimming a refreshing and popular activity. The best time to visit Edith Falls is from May to September, during Australia’s dry season. While the wet season offers more privacy, swimming is prohibited below the falls. At the base of the falls, there are designated parking and camping areas equipped with facilities to ensure visitors can stay safely overnight.
