Tiantou Village, Dongtian Village, Siyong Township

　　Tiantou Village, Dongtian Village, Siyong Township, Rongshui County, is located in the northwest of Rongshui County, about 40 kilometers from the county seat. The village has 137 households and 550 people, all of whom live in traditional Miao-style stilted wooden houses. The layout is staggered and charming, and the natural scenery is beautiful and captivating. The Tiantou River flows gently around the village, creating a distinctive Miao ethnic pastoral landscape with small bridges and flowing water.

　　The entire village is built against the mountain. There are three ancient banyan trees in the village, two of which are known as the “Millennium Couple Banyans.” They grow intertwined with each other, their roots and branches connected, inseparable from one another.

　　The folk customs and cultural life of the villagers are rich and colorful, with strong ethnic characteristics. Traditional events such as the “Lusheng Dance in the Courtyard,” “Ya Bian Xi Chun,” and “Torch Festival” are unique to the area.

　　In April 2006, it was named one of the “Top Ten Beautiful Villages in Liuzhou City,” and in November of the same year, it was recognized as a “Guangxi Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site.”
