Dadonghai

　　is a sizable tropical beach resort in Hainan. It is located between the two hills of Rabbit Tail and Luhuitou, about three kilometers from downtown Sanya. The beach here is gently sloping, lined with swaying coconut trees, golden sands, and crystal-clear waters that sparkle under the sun. With mild sunshine and winter sea temperatures ranging between 18°C and 22°C, it serves as an ideal winter escape and a favorite spot for holidaymakers to enjoy diving, swimming, and sunbathing.

　　Dadonghai is situated in the southeastern part of the city, just three kilometers from the downtown area.
