Wild Boar Island
Wild Boar Island is situated on the sea surface about two nautical miles south of Yalong Bay in Sanya City, Hainan Province. It is a small island covering an area of about one square kilometer, known as Wild Boar Island. The island features rugged rocks, among which one massive stone resembles a wild boar — hence the name. Visitors can reach the island in just a few minutes by taking a chartered boat or yacht to enjoy the scenic views on the island and explore the underwater world.
