Shanghai Educated Youth Memorial Hall in Dafeng

　　   The Dafeng Shanghai Educated Youth Memorial Hall & Educated Youth Culture Film & TV Base was jointly built by the Dafeng Municipal Government and the Shanghai Haifeng Farm. The first phase is located at the former site of the Haifeng Farm headquarters office, covering an area of 88 mu, and houses over 20,000 physical items related to the life and work of educated youth at that time. Sixteen scenic spots have been built, including the main exhibition hall, Educated Youth Clubhouse, Yuanhua Bathhouse, Tiger Stove, Museum Moat, Xirang Yuanhua, Daoxiang Village, Yujia’ao, Peach Blossom Spring, Educated Youth Labor Experience Area, Old Tree, Old Well, West Pond, Mess Hall, Wild Vegetable Garden, and Staff Club.

　　   The Dafeng Shanghai Educated Youth Memorial Hall is the only one of its kind in East China and the largest and most influential educated youth film and TV culture base in China. As a designated tourist attraction for the Shanghai Expo and a key tourism project in Jiangsu’s coastal development, the Educated Youth Memorial Hall will be even more distinctive and charming.
