Tianping Mountain Forest Park, a national-level forest park, is located 20 kilometers from downtown Guigang and is the only mountainous natural scenic area within a 70-kilometer radius of Guigang City. Covering a total area of 16.76 square kilometers, the park features mid-mountain terrain, with its main peak, Dapingtian, rising to an elevation of 1,157.8 meters, making it the second highest peak in southeastern Guangxi. The park is densely forested, with fresh air and high concentrations of negative oxygen ions, earning it the reputation of being a "natural air conditioner and forest oxygen bar." Major attractions within the park include a variety of natural and cultural sites such as "alpine meadows, fairy pools, immortal waterfalls, peculiar rock formations, Tianping Grand Canyon, clear streams with exotic stones, cycad groves, high-altitude tea plantations, valley rainforests, the Southern Heavenly Gate, stone figures of humans and horses, and the ruins of Huang Sanli’s stronghold."
