Hechuan People's Park (Hechuan Stadium) was reconstructed from the merger of a park and a children’s amusement park, with a total investment of 20 million yuan. The park covers a land area of 420 mu, including 80.9 mu of water surface and 40 mu of zoo area. It is one of the larger comprehensive parks in Hechuan.

The park is located in Hechuan, Chongqing. It features lush green spaces, vibrant flower arrangements, exquisitely crafted pavilions and terraces, as well as a variety of exciting recreational facilities. The park’s layout is primarily naturalistic, emphasizing plant landscapes, and is divided into six major functional zones arranged from north to south: the Flower and Potted Plant Zone, the Games and Activities Zone, the Quiet Sightseeing Zone, the Animal Zone, the Water Activity Zone, and the Riverside Leisure Zone.

Major attractions include: the Wintersweet Garden, the Cherry Blossom Garden, the Flower and Potted Plant Zone, Pipa Lake, the Ginkgo Garden, the Rose Garden, the Palm Garden, the Bamboo Grove, the Vine Trellis, the Leisure Corridor, the Aquarium, the Strange Rocks Garden, and the Lotus Picking Bay. The on-site zoo is home to over 150 animals of more than 30 species, including lions, tigers, bears, and leopards, which are Class I and II protected animals in China. A large-scale marine aquarium is currently under construction. There are nearly 20 types of amusement facilities, such as self-controlled airplanes, carousel rides, bumper cars, paddle boats, flying dragons, sky dragons, and mazes.

It is a paradise for children as well as a place of enjoyment for adults.
