Dai Family Ancestral Hall
The Dai Family Ancestral Hall “Baishun Hall” was originally built during the Ming Dynasty and restored in the ninth year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty, covering a construction area of nearly 800 square meters. Located in Siping Village, Tangxi Town, Wucheng District, this grand and imposing hall features a unique structure. Inside, there is a stage that can accommodate over a thousand spectators for performances. The carvings in “Chonghou Hall” are exquisitely crafted, bordering on miraculous. Other brick relief patterns such as “Carp Leaping Over the Dragon Gate” and “Nine Lions Competing for a Ball” are also rarely seen in China. Halls like “Liben Hall,” “Jishun Hall,” “Hongsan Hall,” “Hongsige Hall,” and “Tuku Hall” all exhibit typical architectural craftsmanship from the Ming Dynasty. In addition, there are currently ancient residential buildings occupied by local farmers covering an area of more than 10,000 square meters, showcasing a wide variety of styles that are a feast for the eyes.
