Zhenba County Museum is located in the middle section on the east side of Xinjie Street in the county town. The comprehensive office building is constructed within the compound of the County Cultural Center, with its main entrance facing the street. It lies in a bustling area, adjacent to the County Cultural Center, the County Film Company, and the County Cultural Troupe. Its predecessor was the “Zhenba County Cultural Relics Management Office,” established in February 1991. The County People’s Government renamed the “Cultural Relics Management Office” as the “Zhenba County Museum,” which is under the administration of the County Culture, Education, and Sports Bureau.

The historical relics collected by the museum include: stone axes, pottery jars, pottery granaries, bronze tripods, bronze mirrors, ancient porcelain, ancient coins, ancient bells, etc., as well as “Sichuan-Shaanxi Revolutionary Historical Materials and Relics.” The collection includes national first-class and third-class cultural relics. Among these relics,

the “Song Dynasty Ancient Bell” and the “Red Army Ink-Written Proclamation ‘The Ten Major Policies of the Chinese Communist Party’ and ‘Land Decree’” are the most distinctive.

By pausing here, visitors can journey back through a thousand years of history, intimately sensing the weight and depth of history, appreciating the wisdom and diligence of our ancestors, and witnessing the heroic struggle and pursuit of truth by the Red Fourth Front Army at that time, thereby inspiring future generations to strive more vigorously in accelerating the construction of socialism.

During the “May Day” Labor Day and tourism golden week in 2007, the Zhenba County Cultural Relics Management Office specially invited two experts from the Shaanxi History Museum. Utilizing the most advanced and scientific techniques available and the best chemical agents, they carried out reinforcement treatment on the county’s national first-class relics — the Red Army ink-written slogans and the “Land Decree” and “Ten Major Policies.” The reinforcement of these relics laid the foundation for the opening and display of the county’s cultural relics collection, and it also represented a significant move in the rescue, protection, and utilization of cultural relics. The Red Army ink-written slogans and the “Land Decree” are precious relics preserved intact on the walls during the Red Army’s stay at Zhaojiayuanzi in Sanyuan Town from 1933 to 1935. In 1992, experts from the Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau were dispatched to remove them from the walls and bring them back to the county for preservation. For over twenty years, the Zhenba County Cultural Relics Management Office actively sought support from provincial and municipal authorities and raised funds through multiple channels in order to preserve these relics. On this May Day holiday, they worked meticulously with the experts to design every step, scientifically plan each procedure, work overtime day and night, and carefully study the technical challenges of reinforcing the ink-written slogan walls. They mastered the technical essentials and fulfilled their duties with dedication and selflessness, composing a magnificent anthem for the protection of cultural relics — one that benefits both the present and future generations.
