Maoming Nanhai Tourist Island

　　It is called China’s No. 1 Beach because it features the country’s first successfully developed and longest coastal shelterbelt, as well as a 12-kilometer-long, approximately 300-meter-wide stretch of azure sea and silver sand that can accommodate nearly 100,000 people for swimming and sightseeing at the same time.

　　The scenic area includes multiple attractions such as China’s No. 1 Beach, Tiger Head Hill, Yanjing Ridge, the Coastal Greenway, and the Shelterbelt. On Nanhai Tourist Island, you can jog, take walks, ride bikes, go fishing, or go boating along the Coastal Greenway. The surrounding shelterbelt is lush and green, resembling a magnificent green Great Wall that is truly spectacular.
