　　The main ingredients of Thousand-sheet Wrappers include bean-based thousand-sheet wrappers, fresh pork, dried shrimp, scallops, bamboo shoot sheaths, roasted sesame seeds, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, and yellow wine, which are mixed to make the filling. The wrapper is made from the thousand-sheet dough, wrapped around the filling to form a triangular-shaped bun, and then cooked together with thick mung bean vermicelli. It is typically served with spicy oil, rice vinegar, white pepper, and chopped scallions as condiments.

　　Its characteristics are tender meat that is not greasy, rich aroma, unique flavor, and high nutritional value. Thousand-sheet Wrappers have an exceptionally good texture when eaten. The outer wrapper that holds the filling is soft yet slightly crispy, while the filling consists of a variety of ingredients—bamboo shoots, pickled vegetables, thinly sliced strands of pork, small pieces of bok choy, and a small bowl of delicious Shaoxing rice wine. Before making the Thousand-sheet Wrappers, all the seasonings must first be stir-fried in oil, and then the various fillings are wrapped inside the thousand-sheet wrappers.
