Xunke Soybeans
Xunke soybean products have been certified by the China Green Food Development Center and have passed the Grade A green food quality inspection.
Soybeans are the most extensively cultivated crop in Xunke County. The soybean industry is now a leading sector in the local economy, occupying a vital place across the nation due to its vast planting area, highest overall production, and superior quality. It serves as one of China’s most important commercial and export bases for soybeans. According to statistical data, from 2002 to 2010, the annual planting area of soybeans in Xunke County ranged between 1 million and 1.5 million mu, accounting for over 50% of the county’s total crop cultivation area.
Xunke soybean products are high in protein and fat content. In particular, the extra-small variety, with a 100-grain weight under 9 grams, contains over 43% protein and relatively low fat but higher sugar content. These beans are premium raw materials sought after by Japan for making natto and miso beans, by Korea for producing bean sprouts, and by food manufacturers for processing green food products. They are also an essential and high-quality addition to every household’s diet.
