　　The "Maifan Stone" resource reserves in the Nianzishan area amount to 140 million cubic meters. Rich in over 20 trace elements such as selenium, zinc, phosphorus, platinum, and calcium, it is highly valued in both domestic and international markets. Products made from it, including drinking and wine utensils, as well as items like mattresses, granular fertilizers, and powders, are exported to Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia.

　　　The Nianzishan area is rich in stone resources and is the only stone production and processing base in western Heilongjiang. It has well-developed transportation. The Binzhou Railway, a major transportation artery connecting Heilongjiang Province and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, runs through the urban area for over 40 kilometers. The Nianbei, Nianjing, Niangan, and Niancheng highways form an extensive transportation network. There are 23 types of mineral resources across 5 major categories. In 2001, it was designated by the state as the "Hometown of Chinese Maifan Stone." To date, 130+ varieties across 8 major series of green health Maifan Stone products have been developed. The Maifan Stone nutritional health rice won the gold award at the National Rice Expo, while health craft cups, kettles, water purification products, and others are exported to Japan, South Korea, and other regions.

The Electric-Hydraulic Hammer developed by the Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing and Installation Company has obtained multiple national patents, filling two domestic and one international technological gaps. Qiqihar Mingyi Dairy Co., Ltd., with an investment of 120 million yuan, owns a production line capable of processing 300 tons of fresh milk per day. Its infant formula milk powder is of high quality and highly favored by consumers.
