The Leshou Ancient Village, a national AA-level tourist attraction, is located in Wujiazi Village, Gongyingzi Town, Kazuo County. With its simple and sincere folk customs, the traditional thatched courtyard houses built against the mountains are neatly arranged along both sides of the river. Though having weathered a century of storms, they remain intact—simple, natural, and perfectly integrated with nature. Together with the area’s ancient farming civilization and tranquil pastoral scenery, they form an idyllic retreat that everyone dreams of. As time passes, the world outside the mountains has undergone tremendous changes, yet this village still retains its old appearance and traditional customs. The area boasts lush vegetation, fresh air, and pure well water, making it a rare wellness destination. The mountains are home to the “Three Ecological Treasures”—Chinese medicinal herbs, mushrooms, and apricot kernels—which are well-known far and wide. The Leshou pastoral scenery and natural landscapes complement each other, while cultural and natural attractions coexist harmoniously, creating a beautiful scene of unity between man and nature.

Every autumn and winter, a large number of photography enthusiasts and painters come here to sketch and create. Works themed on Leshou have been published in many influential publications and have won awards. Gongyingzi Town: Gongyingzi Town, Kazuo County (formed by the merger of the former Gongyingzi Town and Xiaotagou Township) is located in the northern part of the county, 37 km from the county seat. It borders Zhongsanjia Town to the north, connects to Zhongsanjia Town to the south, adjoins Wanshou Mountain in Jianping County to the west, and meets Wulanheshuo Township and Bolachi Township of Chaoyang County to the east. It covers a total area of 168 square kilometers, with 7,518 households, a population of 30,563, 17 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood office, and 118 villager groups. The town government is based in Daidibo Village.
