Destination Introduction    Hope Park was built in September 1992, covering a total area of 9.8 hectares. It is located in the central area south of Xingshi Village and southwest of Xijicun in Badachu, Shijingshan District. This park is the first hundred-acre park in Shijingshan District, providing nearby residents in the Apple Garden area of western Beijing with a convenient place for rest and recreation.

The park’s architecture features a European style with a novel and unique design. Its gently undulating terrain includes a 1-hectare water surface where visitors can go boating and fishing. There are also water-reflected arch bridges, pointed pavilions, and a lakeside restaurant. The park also houses a large water park with a wave pool, offering visitors a place to cool off, go water skiing from high platforms, and enjoy water activities in the summer. Within the park are recreational areas for visitors such as Childish Joy Palace, Lotus Heart Lake, Teach-the-Child Bridge, and Jackie Chan Pavilion. The green environment, featuring rockeries, plants, water surfaces, and buildings, is thoughtfully arranged to create a light, bright, and lush modern natural-style garden park.
