Destination Introduction
Shuangquan Temple is located in Heishitou Township, Shijingshan District. It was renamed Xiangpan Temple during the Ming Dynasty. The exact time of the temple’s establishment is unknown, but it was built no later than the mid-Jin Dynasty. It earned its name due to the presence of two springs on the right side of the temple.
A prayer pagoda was also built to the north of Shuangquan Temple. A few hundred meters away from the temple lies Shuangquan Bridge, which was renovated during the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty and renamed Wan Shan Bridge.
