Butaha Tianchi

Butaha Tianchi is located 4 kilometers west of the Buxi Outer Station. It is a volcanic crater lake, circular in shape, surrounded by mountains, and sits at an elevation of 1,278 meters. The lava overflow vent is situated to the southeast. The crater holds water, measuring 400 meters in length, 300 meters in width, and 7 meters in depth, covering an area of over 30,000 square meters. The lake water is clear, and the surroundings are picturesque. Both inside and outside the crater are covered with dense birch and pine forests, rarely visited by humans, and often home to wildlife.
