Glacial Striations

The Glacial Striations are a protected municipal cultural heritage site in Beijing.

The Glacial Striations are located

at No. 28 Moshikou Street, Shijingshan District, and are among the first batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Beijing.

They are remnants of glaciers from hundreds of thousands of years ago, rare scientific physical evidence in North China, and especially significant discoveries from prehistoric times in Beijing.
