Xili Lake Resort is nestled at the foot of Qilin Mountain on the shores of Xili Lake in the northwestern suburbs of Shenzhen. "The shimmering water looks best in sunny weather, while the misty mountains are marvelous in the rain"—mountains and water are the most beautiful features of Xili Lake. The resort is lush with trees and vibrant flowers, offering a riot of blossoms and fragrant breezes all year round. The distinctive architecture blends seamlessly with the picturesque scenery. A 1,280-meter-long corridor—the longest of its kind in China—winds through this landscape of lakes and hills, adding to Xili Lake’s charm. Scattered throughout the resort are classic-style pavilions and villas, neatly arranged and exquisitely designed, with clear waters reflecting their fronts and green trees shading their backs, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity. In recent years, the resort has leveraged its unique natural environment to develop a wide range of sports and leisure activities, including a golf course, tennis courts, and a bowling alley, in addition to existing facilities such as a shooting range and horse racing track. With over twenty types of sports available, recreational athletics have become a highlight of Xili Lake.

Xili Lake Resort is affiliated with Shenzhen Tourism Group Corporation. Established in the golden autumn of 1979, it was originally named "Xili Reservoir Resort." It was the first tourist resort built in China after the reform and opening-up policy and was once rated as one of Guangdong's top resorts.

It is recognized as one of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Lingnan" and enjoys the reputation of being the foremost among Shenzhen’s “Five Lakes and Four Seas.” In 1983, it was renamed “Xili Lake” after being inscribed by Vice Chairman [name omitted].

Xili Lake Resort offers a full range of sports and leisure activities, including tennis, bowling, table tennis, golf, badminton, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and a potential development training center. Entertainment and leisure facilities include karaoke dance halls, sauna and massage centers, video game arcades, live-fire shooting, go-karts, bumper cars, horse riding centers, and a water park. The Shanshuiyuan Club provides a series of services including wellness, fitness, and business amenities.

The Palace Multi-Function Hall is located on the first floor of the Lingbo Pavilion Restaurant within the Shenzhen Xili Lake Resort—the first three-star resort in China. Built by the lake, it boasts a beautiful exterior environment and well-equipped interiors, covering an area of 1,000 square meters, making it one of the city’s few large-scale multi-function halls.

The Palace Multi-Function Hall features a large stage, spacious backstage dressing rooms, and a nearly 200-square-meter dance floor. It is outfitted with first-class sound and lighting systems as well as other professional facilities, making it a magnificent venue. It is also an ideal location for large banquets, galas, networking events, song and dance parties, exhibitions, press conferences, lectures, corporate summary meetings, and award ceremonies.

Since its completion, the Palace Multi-Function Hall has hosted various conferences for government bodies and renowned enterprises from across the country. Organizations such as the Ministry of Electric Power, the Ministry of Finance, FAW Group, Lenovo Group, TCL, Taifu Pharmaceutical, and Huawei have all left with positive impressions after successfully holding events here.

A rich variety of recreational activities is another highlight of the resort. Options such as bumper cars, carousels, electronic shooting, indoor fishing, kite flying, and a water park; tennis, racing, fishing, horseback riding, bowling, golf, live-fire shooting, cliff diving, swimming, soccer, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and billiards; as well as card and chess rooms, fitness centers, karaoke, dance halls, and massage services cater to the diverse needs of visitors.
