On September 25, Haizhu Wetland Park, bathed in morning light, buzzed with activity starting from 7 a.m.The “Citywide Platinum Love” hiking charity challenge, jointly organized by Super Club—the largest team sports and social platform in China—and Plateno Travel, was held here.
This charity hiking event received support from over 400 clubs in South China and multiple grassroots nonprofit organizations, attracting 2,000 participants on-site. The oldest participant was nearly 80 years old, and the youngest just 2. In the end, all contestants successfully completed the 10km challenge.
According to statistics, a total of 2,000 participants completed the 10km challenge. Wang Yuting, Vice President of Super Club, stated that donations will be made in the name of each participant to children in mountainous areas of Southwest China, expected to benefit 7 primary schools in the region. More charitable activities will be carried out in the future.
