The "Happy Coast" project, developed and constructed by Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Urban Entertainment Investment Company, is a key project in Shenzhen's "11th Five-Year" tourism plan and a major initiative of the Overseas Chinese Town Group. Located at the heart of the Shenzhen Bay business district, Happy Coast covers an area of approximately 1.25 million square meters. It is an urban entertainment destination that combines diverse formats such as culture, ecology, tourism, entertainment, shopping, dining, hotels, and clubs. Following the Overseas Chinese Town Group’s successful pioneering and leading roles in China’s theme parks, themed real estate, themed hotels, consumer electronics, and cultural creativity industries, Happy Coast is a brand-new urban masterpiece dedicated to comprehensively enhancing the coastal living quality of Shenzhen.

Transportation Guide: Happy Coast is bordered by Shennan Avenue to the north, Binhai Avenue to the south, Shaha East Road and Shaha West Road as well as the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Western Corridor to the west, and Qiaocheng East Road to the east, with Baishi Road running through the area. The business district enjoys convenient road access across the city. It is about a 5-minute drive from the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, a 10-minute drive from the Shenzhen Bay Port, and a 25-minute drive from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. The planned Binhai Transportation Hub Terminal is located adjacent to the project. Shenzhen Metro Lines 9 and 11 will directly connect to Happy Coast and link up with the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen and Western Shenzhen-Hong Kong intercity express lines, providing seamless connections to Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, and the broader Pearl River Delta region.
