Wen Clan Ancient Tomb Cluster: A cultural heritage site under the protection of Bao’an District, located within the Tanzhou Industrial Park in Tanzhou Community, Songgang Subdistrict, Bao’an District. It serves as the burial ground for the Wen clan of Tanzhou Village, Songgang Subdistrict. The tombs face west from an eastward orientation and cover an area of over 1,300 square meters. Currently, 22 tombs dating from the Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China period are preserved, including one from the Ming Dynasty, 17 from the Qing Dynasty, and four from the Republic of China. The tombs are all built in the shape of an “armchair,” consisting of a tomb hall, worship platform, and crescent-shaped pond. Most are constructed with blue bricks, while some are made of stone blocks or rammed earth. This tomb cluster provides physical evidence for the study of burial customs in the Bao’an area and the history of the Wen clan. In September 2010, it was designated as a cultural heritage site under the protection of Bao’an District Government.
