Yuwang Mountain features Danxia landform, composed of dozens of rocky peaks that are both rugged and picturesque. The main peak stands at an elevation of 316 meters, surrounded by steep cliffs on all sides; the valley floor and foothills are lush with vegetation, forming a sea of green. Legend has it that Yuwang Mountain was named after King Zhao Tuo of the Southern Yue, who ascended the mountain, faced the cliffs, and declared himself king. The ancient fortress gate dating back a thousand years, the well-preserved Yuwang Well, and Yuwang Bed evoke deep emotions.
