The former site of the CCP Chiganglongtie (Chigang [Gangkou], Longmu [Longmu], Tiechang [Tiechang]) District Committee is located in Xiaodongkengxiawei, Dongyou Village, Tianxin Town, Longchuan County. The building was constructed during the Qing Dynasty, facing south with its back to the north, featuring a layout of three courtyards, four wings, and one surrounding dragon formation, with a main house laid out as five rooms upstairs and five downstairs. The total built-up area covers 1,875 square meters. In the spring of 1929, the Soviet Government of the Wuxinglong County on the border of Fujian, Guangdong, and Jiangxi was established in Huitang Datangbu. At the same time, four united district governments were set up along with their respective CCP district committees — Chilongtie, Long (county town) Lao (Longlong) He (Heshi), Gang (Luogang) Ma (Shima) Ping (Daping), and Luo (Luofu) Huang (Pixu) — with Luo Junguang (later Zeng Biao), Cui Lan, Cai Meixiang (later Luo Baoliang), and Liu Han (later Liu Zhuozhong) serving as the district committee secretaries, respectively.
