Xiangshui Longhuadong Tourist Area is located in Xiangshui Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, on the edge of the Pearl River Delta, within the renowned Luofu Mountain range. Within the 4-square-kilometer scenic area, surrounding mountains are lush and green, with butterflies fluttering about, creating an exceptionally beautiful and enchanting landscape.

Xiangshui River is about a one-hour drive from Luoyang Town, Boluo County, Guangdong Province. This newly developed attraction still retains some rustic charm, offering visitors a sense of relaxation upon entering. The Xiangshui River is one of the best natural rafting routes in Guangdong Province. The river originates from the Luofu Mountains. The entire course of the river is formed by glacial potholes—primitive wonders left behind from glaciers dating back over three million years during the Quaternary Ice Age—mysterious and magical. The area is surrounded by verdant bamboo and forests, with towering trees along both riverbanks, steep cliffs on either side that are vividly shaped, a valley covered overhead, rugged rocks, and a landscape that seems crafted by nature’s artistry.

The terrain of the scenic area is varied and dynamic, with distant mountains and nearby waters forming a series of multi-layered, beautiful landscapes. Both the Xiangshui River channel and Yiqing Valley feature glacial potholes—primitive wonders left behind from the Ice Age over three million years ago—forming spectacular and mystical sights.

Here, there is none of the smog, dust, or noise of big cities, nor the hurried footsteps of people in a rush. Instead, there is sweet mountain water, a simple and peaceful rural atmosphere, and incredibly fresh air.
