Butterfly Cave

Butterfly Cave is located beneath Yunfeng Rock and is one of the Eighteen Heavenly Caves of Mount Luofu. It is a natural stone cave, where wild vines sprawl and a stream murmurs inside, while lush trees and fragrant flowers thrive outside.

Every summer and autumn, butterflies fill the skies over Mount Luofu, especially around this cave, hence its name. Stretching over 300 meters, the cave passes through the mountainside, and when visitors emerge, they are greeted by a sudden burst of openness — as if they have entered an entirely different world.
