Minmetals·Hallstatt Tourism Town is located in Luoyang Town, Boluo County.

Minmetals·Hallstatt Tourism Town was developed by China Minmetals, which drew inspiration from Austrian architecture and used the Austrian town of Hallstatt as its design model. By incorporating local features, the company has created this town covering nearly 1 million square meters. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and home to a 170,000-square-meter natural inland lake, it seamlessly blends rich Austrian architectural styles and European cultural charm with the area’s exceptional natural landscape, offering visitors the feeling of being in an Austrian fairy tale without leaving the country. The scenic area currently features an Austrian-style commercial street, Princess Garden, cafes, Western restaurants, a music square, beer square, cultural square, the 1786 Auditorium, European-style wooden houses, a tap-dancing bronze statue, the Tree of Dreams, the Avenue of Silhouettes, Hallstatt Boulevard, the Hallstatt Iron Bridge, the 8632 Iron Bridge, and a lakeside dock.

Minmetals·Hallstatt Tourism Town began its journey to become a national 4A-level tourist attraction in March 2012. During this period, Minmetals continuously increased investment in infrastructure, scenic spots, tourism and entertainment projects, and supporting service facilities. Over 2 billion yuan has been invested to develop distinctive hotels, a grain-themed commercial street, villa areas, a cathedral, a visitor service center, a cultural square, an ecological wetland park, themed restaurants, the Minmetals·Hallstatt Tourism Boulevard, a lakeside walking path, and a water recreation area. Currently, plans are underway to build a five-star themed hotel, upgrade public rest facilities, enhance tourism safety protection measures, improve the signage system, and renovate the lakeside walking path. Through a series of comprehensive upgrades, the town’s hardware infrastructure and service systems have been significantly improved, elevating the overall quality of the tourist experience. Visitors to Minmetals·Hallstatt can immerse themselves in the wonderful fusion of Austrian-European charm and traditional Chinese and Lingnan cultures—all without leaving the country.

Huizhou Hallstatt Town is situated in the Jiangbei CBD urban ecological district of Huizhou, adjacent to the Boluo Sports Center. The project covers a total area of approximately 1 million square meters, nestled against rolling mountains and encompassing a 170,000-square-meter natural lake. With its beautiful natural environment, the development offers a variety of property types including villas, high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, and hotels.

At the heart of the town, there is a range of distinctive amenities such as a cultural square, music square, beer square, commercial pedestrian street, lakeside pathway, specialty hotels, clubs, a church, and themed experience centers. The location enjoys excellent transportation links, with the Hui-Bo Riverside Expressway to the south, Huizhou Boulevard to the north, approximately 10 kilometers from Huizhou Municipal Government to the east, and only 2 kilometers from Boluo County to the west. It is also close to the entrances and exits of the Guanghui and Huihe expressways. The town is just a 10-minute drive from Huizhou Municipal Government and the CBD Jiangbei Central District, and about a 5-minute drive from Boluo County—offering a quick transition between tranquility and vibrancy.
