Majiazi Site

The Majiazi Site is a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level.

Period: Neolithic Age, Xia, Shang, Zhou Dynasties

The Majiazi Site, located on the north bank of the Xibo River in Niujia Yingzi Town, Harqin Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is a cultural site dating from the Neolithic Age to the Zhou Dynasty. It is one of the important sites for studying the Xinglongwa Culture. In May 2013, it was announced by the State Council as part of the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level.
