The Huang Clan Ancestral Hall is located in Gaotian Village, Zhenlong Town, featuring a three-courtyard, two-well layout. The plaque above the entrance reads “Foremost in Governance, Peerless in Filial Piety and Friendship.” During the Anti-Japanese War, the Fourth Sub-district Branch of the Chinese Communist Party, the Huizhou-Zijiang-Hebao District Committee of the CCP, the Huizhou County Committee of the CCP, and the New Fifth District Anti-Japanese Democratic Government of Eastern Lu were successively established here. In 1927, the Huizhou-Zijiang-Hebao District Committee of the CCP issued the “Manifesto to the People of the Nation” and the “Manifesto to the Soldiers of the Kuomintang,” denouncing Chiang Kai-shek’s betrayal of the revolution and the launching of a counter-revolutionary coup, listing ten major crimes. At the same time, in accordance with the directives of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CCP at the time, an uprising plan was formulated, and the uprising was organized and implemented. Armed insurrection was combined with land revolution, mobilizing impoverished peasants to rise up in arms.

In the summer of 1928, due to the needs of the struggle, the Huizhou-Zijiang-Hebao District Committee of the CCP was disbanded. The establishment of the Huizhou-Zijiang-Hebao District Committee of the CCP played a significant organizational and leadership role in initiating land revolution and organizing armed movements in the Dongjiang region.
