Grand View World Scenic Area

The Grand View World Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The "Grand View World" cultural tourism scenic area is located in Yan Yang Town, Meixian District — known as an International Slow City and the hometown of Marshal Ye — and was designed combining the aesthetics of Suzhou gardens with Hakka architectural style. It is a comprehensive cultural tourism complex integrating collections culture, Hakka culture, and folk culture.

The Grand View Museum covers a construction area of 12,000 square meters and includes: the Hakka Culture Hall (Hakka Culture Exhibition Room, Hakka Daily Life Room, Hakka Residential Architecture Room); the Calligraphy and Painting Gallery (featuring calligraphy and paintings from the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China with rich historical and cultural significance, covering an exhibition area of 1,000 square meters); the Hat Stand Gallery (housing over 600 sets of late Qing and Republican-era blue-and-white, famille rose, and light crimson-glazed hat stands — the largest such collection in China); the Ancient Ceramics Gallery (displaying celadon ceramics from the Tang and Song dynasties in the Hakka region and replicas of ancient Tang Dynasty kiln sites); the Antique Tinware Gallery (showcasing fine tin items from the Ming, Qing, and Republican periods); the Modern Ceramic Art Gallery (featuring ceramics by renowned artists from the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China); the Overseas Chinese Culture Gallery (displaying historical and cultural relics from the modern overseas Chinese hometowns); the World Clocks Gallery (exhibiting over 2,000 notable clocks and watches); the Min-Yue-Gan (Former) Central Soviet Area Red Army Slogan and Cartoon Gallery (collected over three years through visits to 72 counties, cities, and districts, featuring over 700 slogans and cartoons created by the Red Army before its reorganization into the Eighth Route Army and New Fourth Army in 1936); and the Convention and Exhibition Center (hosting large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibitions, auctions, conferences, and study-travel service events). The Grand View Museum houses a total collection (including storage) of over 31,000 items, ranking among the top private museums in China.
