Qixian Residence (Former Residence of Liu Fuzhi) is a Meizhou Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

Qixian Residence (Former Residence of Liu Fuzhi) is located in Sanjiao Town, Meijiang District, Meizhou City. Dating back to the Republican era, it is considered an important modern historical site and representative architecture.

On March 24, 2017, the Meizhou Municipal People's Government designated Qixian Residence (Former Residence of Liu Fuzhi) as part of the fifth batch of Meizhou Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Sanjiao Town: Located in the southern suburbs of downtown Meizhou, Sanjiao Town borders Huangshazhang Gaoguanyin in the east, which also marks the boundary with Xiyang Town of Meixian District; it faces Chengjiang Town of Meixian District across the Meijiang River to the west; it adjoins Changsha Town to the south and is next to Jiangnan Subdistrict Office to the north. The town covers a total area of 42.12 square kilometers. The area features a mix of basins, hills, and mountains, with terrain sloping from higher elevations in the southeast to lower ones in the northwest. The southeastern part consists of high mountains, with Huangshazhang Gaoguanyin being the highest peak at an elevation of 770 meters; the northwestern part is part of the Meijiang alluvial plain, with elevations below 100 meters.
