The official name of Ljubljana Botanical Garden is "Botanical Garden of the University of Ljubljana." Established in 1810, it serves as Slovenia’s national botanical garden and is also the oldest botanical garden in Southeastern Europe, highly popular among locals.

Ljubljana Botanical Garden is Slovenia’s oldest cultural, scientific, and educational institution, combining education and sightseeing in one, making it well worth a visit.
