Ulanqab Horseback Riders

The Inner Mongolia Horseback Riders Tourism Center is situated in the heart of the Huitengxile Grassland, surrounded by blue skies, green grass, white clouds, green hills, grazing livestock, and blooming wildflowers. The creaking of wooden carts echoes ancient nomadic melodies, and the smoke rising from yurts weaves the timeless, mystical tales of the Chahar Mongols. The Ninety-Nine Springs shimmer under the plateau’s uniquely radiant sunshine. The location enjoys excellent transportation access—just 460 km from Beijing, 125 km from Hohhot (the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region), and 25 km from National Highway 110. It is an ecologically outstanding tourist destination on the Ulanqab Grassland. In 2002, it was rated as a National AA-level Tourist Attraction.

The China Inner Mongolia Huitengxile Horseback Riders Tourism Center has received strong support, care, and attention from all sectors of society from its planning and construction through to its opening. It has also earned unanimous praise from both domestic and international visitors. Covering an area of over 300 acres, the center includes more than 6,000 acres of grassland and one natural lake spanning approximately 200 acres. It features 50 traditional Mongolian yurts, 30 modern luxury yurts, and comprehensive supporting facilities such as dining and entertainment services, as well as a go-kart track.
