Category: Tourist Attractions 👁 100 views
The Ancient City of Jining has a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan, covering an area of 360 acres with a construction area of 300,000 square meters. It restores the original appearance of Jining through antique-style architecture, reviving the authentic commercial culture of northwest China. The project takes full account of the rational layout of various commercial functions, highlights the cultural charm of the Manchu and Mongolian peoples, and truly realizes interactive business formats. It scientifically distributes large supermarkets, fashion department stores, restaurants, theme parks, and specialized markets in different areas and locations. The complex features “one-stop shopping, multifunctionality, and leisure appeal.” The project is divided into nine major commercial plots, including a 20,000-square-meter high-end star-rated hotel, indoor pedestrian streets, hotel-style luxury apartments, and brand supermarkets; a 30,000-square-meter flagship department store, hotel-style luxury apartments, jewelry and jade as well as antique calligraphy and painting malls; a large home and furniture shopping plaza; and two ancient architectural complexes centered around the cultural landmark “Manchu-Mongolian No. 1 Building.” Combining the profound cultural, commercial, and historical heritage of Ulanqab, the project adopts the concept of “architecture as form, culture as soul.” It emulates the essence of ancient architecture while integrating modern design elements to create a large-scale urban functional cultural and commercial complex that blends commerce, culture, and tourism.
