The Waterfront Hall is a multi-purpose arts venue in Belfast. Planning for the hall began in 1989, and it was completed and opened to the public in 1997, becoming one of Belfast’s most popular attractions.

Located on the banks of the River Lagan, the Waterfront Hall is instantly recognizable by its iconic brown domed roof. With its stunning design, it also serves as a premier conference center and concert venue, symbolizing the revitalization of Belfast’s waterfront area. Its main facilities include a conference and concert space, a main hall, a theater, VIP rooms, meeting rooms, a beer hall, and exhibition spaces. The venue features a renowned circular hall with exceptional acoustics, accommodating 2,241 seats, alongside a 380-seat studio adjacent to it. Some of the most prestigious names in music and the arts have performed here, and the stylish Arc Bar is also located on-site.

It is the cultural flagship of Northern Ireland, attracting countless artists from around the world every year. In the 2002 Apex Awards, the Waterfront Hall was ranked the second-best arts venue in the world.
