With 21 exhibition rooms and over 2,000 exhibits — ranging from small towels to the wooden posts of a hoop game — the museum offers an overwhelming variety of all things childhood-related. Its collection includes stuffed toys, electric toys, spinning tops, piggy banks, model trains, dolls, clothes, indoor games, outdoor games, prams, and more from various eras. One of the museum’s highlights is its time corridor, where visitors can walk through reconstructions of classrooms, street scenes, fancy dress parties, and kindergartens from their grandparents’ era, accompanied by black-and-white videos of children at play.
