Murrayfield Stadium, often simply referred to as Murrayfield, is a stadium located at the west end of Edinburgh, Scotland. The seating capacity has been reduced from the original 67,800 to the current 67,144. It boasts the country's largest permanent "big screen" and is the largest stadium in Scotland, as well as one of the largest in the United Kingdom.

It is the home ground of Scottish Rugby and was originally used for rugby and hosting Scottish tennis matches, as well as the Edinburgh Sevens and other major events. Although primarily a rugby stadium, Murrayfield has also hosted American football games, soccer matches, and large-scale concerts — most notably the “Edinburgh 50,000 – The Final Push” concert, part of Live 8. The venue has witnessed many thrilling and exhilarating national rugby matches and is an absolutely must-visit destination on any trip to Scotland.
