Introduction Built in the 14th century to pray for the safety of sailors, many local guilds also contributed to its construction, and their emblems can be found in the carvings on the main façade.

A masterpiece of pure Catalan Gothic art, it is most admired for its graceful lines and harmonious layout. The main façade is simple yet majestic, with the overall structure striving for perfect symmetry and extremely precise proportions.

Today, concerts are sometimes held in the church, allowing visitors to experience the wonderful acoustics created by its harmonious architecture. Transport Metro: Jaume I Station on Line 4. Ticket/Opening

Opening hours: 9:00–13:30, 16:30–20:00. Not open to the public during Sunday afternoon mass from Friday to Sunday.
