Chatkal National Park

Spanning 570 square kilometers, Chatkal National Park was founded in 1947 and encompasses mountain steppes, montane forests, alpine meadows, valleys, and woodlands. It was designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1978. The park is a great place for ecotourism, offering abundant sunshine and mild temperatures all year round, making it an ideal choice for outdoor adventures.

The park is home to many unique plant and animal species native to the region that cannot be found elsewhere.
