Vaadhu Island is a highly renowned resort island in the Maldives, classified as a Grade 6 island in the Maldivian island rating system. Located on the skirt reef edge of a coral atoll at the northern tip of the South Atoll, it is 8 kilometers from Velana International Airport and can be reached by speedboat in 15 minutes.

Vaadhu Island is a boutique five-star island under Adaaran, the largest hotel group in the Maldives. Though it is the smallest in size, its quality is no less than that of any larger island. In 2010, after six months of renovation, the overwater villas reopened with a brand-new look. These villas feature fashionable designs, mini pools, and Jacuzzi bathtubs, making them extremely appealing to fans of overwater accommodations.
