Guide: On Nai Yang Beach in the park, from November to February each year, groups of sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. The mangrove forest at the northern end of the park offers a chance to see many unique local plants and animals, as well as the distinctive ecosystem of the saltwater marsh. Highlights: Sea turtles come to lay eggs and the Kathu Waterfall, which is suitable for visitors to swim in.

Introduction: Sirinat Marine National Park covers an area of 90 square kilometers. It borders Phuket International Airport to the west and extends to the northern tip of Phuket, encompassing three beaches—Nai Yang, Nai Thon, and Mai Khao—as well as the former Nai Yang National Park. The sea turtles that come here belong to four different species, all of which are endangered, making this area particularly precious. The 1-hectare mangrove forest is also the only undisturbed mangrove on the island. Although the Kathu Waterfall in the park is small, it does not dry up even during the driest months of March and April. The upper pool is especially picturesque and offers a view of the entire park. The park is also a good spot for swimming and snorkeling. Transportation: Located 30 kilometers north of the city center, close to Phuket Airport, and connected to Mai Khao Beach to the north.
