The Jeongdongjin Time Story Museum is located at 244, Jeongdongjin 1-ri, Gangdong-myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, South Korea. It is a museum themed around "Humans and Time." The museum displays rare clocks from around the world with high artistic value, where visitors can personally experience humanity's manipulation of time and learn how to scientifically manage time, realizing the preciousness of time in a memorable way.

The Jeongdongjin Time Story Museum consists of three themed exhibition halls. The first hall is called "Time and Science," mainly showcasing the evolution of methods used by humans to measure time—from ancient sundials, water clocks, fire clocks, weight-driven clocks, and electronic watches to modern marine precision navigation clocks, as well as the cesium atomic clocks currently used to determine South Korea’s standard time. These are arranged chronologically, making it an excellent exhibition hall to understand how humans have measured time. The second hall is named "Time and Art," which is divided into seven major themes based on material and form: bone, ceramic, bronze, wood, gold, and marble. Among them, the most captivating exhibit is a valuable gold watch that survived the sinking of the Titanic. The time on this watch is frozen at exactly 2:20 a.m. on April 15, 1912—the moment the Titanic sank. Having endured over a century, this watch carries a mother’s love for her daughter.

The final third exhibition hall is called "Time and Passion," featuring works by world-renowned artists, including many award-winning pieces from international competitions, which are quite eye-catching.
