National Museum of Jeju

Opened on June 15, 2001, the National Museum of Jeju displays and preserves relics and historical documents excavated from the island—from the prehistoric era through the Joseon Dynasty. The building’s exterior features strong local Jeju characteristics, including walls made of granite and basalt bricks. The museum also hosts regular special exhibitions on various themes each year.

Transportation: Take bus No. 200 or 300 from Jeju Airport (06:20–22:00, every 8 minutes) and get off at Dongmun Intersection (approx. 25–35 min), then transfer to bus No. 10, 14, 24, 25, 27, 28, or 38 (approx. 10 min).
