Sunrise Park

Sunrise Park (English: The Park), located in Lohas Park, Siu Chik Sha, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, covers an area of 200,000 square feet. It was designed by the internationally renowned environmental design firm Belt Collins International and cost HK$200 million to build. It opened in August 2009. It is managed by Premier Management Services, a subsidiary of MTR Corporation Limited. Around 120,000 square feet of the park's landscaped gardens have been opened to residents of Lohas Park only, and do not meet the public definition of a "park," effectively functioning as a private garden.

Landmark Clubhouse

The Landmark Clubhouse (formerly known as - Ability World) is located in the center of Sunrise Park. It is a two-story building where children can engage in various educational activities. The building’s glass exterior is made of thermal-insulating materials to reduce heat transfer and enhance the energy efficiency of the central air conditioning system. However, Ability World ceased operation in 2011. In 2013, it was renamed “Landmark Clubhouse,” featuring a range of children’s play facilities, and officially opened on December 17.

Open-Air Theatre

The Open-Air Theatre is located near Ability World. It features a circular theatre design with seating and can be used for performances. Outside the theatre, several sculptures created by renowned sculptor Lee Chin Fai are on display.

Eco Fish Pond

The Eco Fish Pond is located near Ability World and the Open-Air Theatre, home to many koi fish that residents can observe while taking a stroll by the pond.

Pet Zone

The Pet Zone is the smallest area in the park and is the only place where pets are allowed.

Water Play Zone

The Water Play Zone is specially designed for children. Its main features include various types of jumping fountains. The ground is paved with eco-friendly plastic material that is slip-resistant and water-permeable, allowing residents to enjoy splashing around in the fountains during the summer. Nearby, there are also children's play facilities such as slides and rope nets.

Four Seasons Garden

The Four Seasons Garden features a jogging path where residents who enjoy exercise can work out while admiring various plants. The most distinctive feature of the park is its wastewater recycling system, located underground in the Four Seasons Garden, with a capacity of up to 440,000 liters. The filtered water can be used for garden irrigation.
