Wuku Mazha

Wuku Mazha is located about 5 kilometers west of the Second Company of the 51st Regiment in Tumushuke City. Period: Ming and Qing dynasties. It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site on April 28, 2005.

Wuku Ma is situated at the northeastern foot of Wuku Mazha Mountain. The cemetery complex is built against the mountain. Ten meters in front of the cemetery, there is a three-way intersection at a northeast-facing mountain pass. One road runs north–south along the Tubo Highway, while another heads east toward Tangwangcheng. A colorful archway stands at the intersection. The cemetery contains over 140 graves of varying ages, including more than 100 ancient tombs and around 40 newer ones. The older tombs, clustered together, have been damaged. Most graves are oriented north–south, typically measuring 2 meters in length and 0.8–1 meter in width. The tomb structure closest to the mountain remains well-preserved, grand in appearance, and resembles a small mosque. People still frequently visit this site to pay their respects. The tomb structure features a main entrance, square walls, and a domed roof with a pointed top. It stands 5 meters high, and measures 10 meters in both length and width. According to local tales, the tomb is said to be the burial site of a man named “Mazha,” after whom the mountain is also named.
