Sun Palace Sports and Leisure Park

The Sun Palace Suburban (Sports and Leisure) Park is located in the northern part of Sun Palace Township. The first phase of the park covers an area of 446 mu and lies within Beijing’s first green belt isolation zone. It is the only park within the "Park Ring" project of Beijing’s green belt isolation zones that is situated inside the Fourth Ring Road, just across the street from Sun Palace Park. The park is divided into four scenic areas and eight major attractions. The four scenic areas are the Forest Oxygen Bar Zone, Comprehensive Service Zone, Specialty Planting Zone, and Fitness and Leisure Zone; the eight main attractions distributed across these four areas are Sky Deck View, Autumn Dance by the Pond, Graceful Steps on the Water, Seeking Serenity in the Woods, Spring Discovery at Blue Bridge, Passionate Dance, Cicadas Chirping by the Lotus Pond, and Secluded Joy in the Peach Grove. Once completed, the park will provide residents in Sun Palace and surrounding areas with a beautifully landscaped leisure venue.
