Wangjing SOHO

Wangjing SOHO is situated at the intersection of Wangjing Street and Fu’an West Road in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid, it occupies a site area of 115,392 square meters, with a total planned construction area of 521,265 square meters. The office space in Wangjing SOHO totals 364,169 square meters. The project consists of three high-rise buildings that integrate office and commercial functions, along with three low-rise standalone commercial buildings, with the tallest reaching a height of 200 meters. As the first striking high-rise landmark seen when entering the city from the Capital Airport, Wangjing SOHO has become known as the “first impression building of the capital.”
